How it was formed
UKTAC is a vision God revealed to individuals to reach and unite all Telugu Christians and Churches in the UK to encourage Christ centred retreats and programmes to share his love as his family. UKTAC is an independent body that was born when these individuals shared their visions with one another as God confirmed through His word ‘The Lord went before them’ – Ex 13:21 to all of them.
UKTAC was formed as an independent organisation that does not represent any specific Church or denomination. They organise special events to unite all Telugu Christians and Churches in the UK together irrespective of their denominations and to involve them as members of UKTAC. They share the grace of God, love of Jesus Christ and the unity of the Holy Spirit.
To reach out all Telugu Christians and Churches in the UK to unite and to bring them together, make them active participants to share the love of God as his children and the body of Jesus Christ because we are one family, the family of Jesus Christ. “How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!” – Psalm 133:1.
The mission is to proclaim the importance of the Cross, resurrection, love, acceptance and forgiveness of Christ. They strive to actively reach out all the Telugu Christian groups and Churches in the UK to offer their voluntary services; praise and worship choir group, musicians and media to use their gifts and abilities for the glory of God on special occasions organised by any Telugu Church or Christian organisation or families.
